Payment Methods
The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa and MasterCard. All prices are inclusive of shipping costs and UK VAT (17.5%).

Shipping and Customs
Shipping costs will be added to the bill before final payment. Local customs duty may be payable - this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Availability and Delivery
It is our policy to turn orders around as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery may be direct from the manufacturer / supplier unless the item is available from the Pro Shop. All items are insured for damage and loss in transit. In the case of an item being ordered before the web site can be updated to reflect it is out of order we will contact you to advise lead times or offer a suitable alternative.

Official Merchandise
The items sold on the website carry the official Royal County Down Golf Club crest and cannot be purchased officially from any other independent outlet or website.

Standard Returns
For any returns please contact kevan@royalcountydowngolfclub.com within 28 days of receipt with a note of the defect and whether refund or replacement is required, whereupon we will provide details of where to return the item. Please note all items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging. We will pay the return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We advise that you insure any items you want to return as you will be liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned.

Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
If you are rejecting items for reasons other than defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you are still entitled to a full refund. You must return these via recorded delivery. We will not refund the return recorded delivery costs.
You must retain a copy of the recorded delivery receipt until such time as the refund /return on this item has been completed.
Items that are returned in an un-sellable condition (other than by reason of defect), will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
